MOSCOW. Dec 28 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov and Turkish Ambassador to Russia Huseyin Dirioz have discussed the implementation of the Russian-Iranian-Turkish agreements on Syria, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on Wednesday.
"During the conversation, the parties discussed relevant aspects of the regional agenda, with an emphasis placed on the situation in Syria and around it, including problems of interaction between Moscow and Ankara on a package of aspects pertaining to a settlement process in Syria, among them in the context of agreements reached following a meeting between the foreign ministers of Russia, Turkey and Iran in Moscow on December 20," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on its website.
