Nineteen bodies, 230 body parts, 13 large pieces of wreckage recovered after Tu-154 crash

MOSCOW. Dec 29 (Interfax) - Nineteen bodies have been recovered following the crash of a Tupolev Tu-154 airplane into the Black Sea near Sochi on December 25, Russian Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov said.

"Nineteen bodies, more than 230 body fragments, 13 large and almost 2,000 small pieces of the plane wreckage have been found during the search efforts and lifted from the water surface as of today," he said at a press conference in Moscow on Thursday.
