MOSCOW. Dec 29 (Interfax) - The terrorist act theory is not being considered among the most likely causes for the December 25 crash of the Russian Defense Ministry's Tupolev Tu-154 airplane, Russian Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov said.
"The terrorist act theory has not been dismissed. But it is not being considered among the most likely [causes] either," he told reporters.
