MOSCOW. Jan 9 (Interfax) - The public part of the report on hacker attacks against the United States contains no proof of Russia's involvement; it is prepared on an amateur, emotional level, which is not applicable to the professional activity of U.S. security services, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"The public part of this report, which is clearly adapted to a large extent, this publication does not add any substance for comments," he told the press.
"From our point of view, absolutely unfounded accusations continue to be made on a rather amateur, emotional level, which is hardly applicable to the highly professional work of truly top-notch security services," Peskov said.
