MOSCOW. Jan 16 (Interfax) - Russia and Turkey together recorded 13 instances of violation of the ceasefire regime in Syria in the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"The Russian part of the representative office of the joint Russian-Turkish commission on violations of the Unified Agreement recorded four violations in Latakia province in the past 24 hours," the Russian center for reconciliation of warring sides in Syria said in a bulletin published on the ministry's website.
"The Turkish part recorded nine violations in the following provinces: Damascus (4), Aleppo (3), and Hama (2)," it said.
The nine violation episodes recorded by Turkey were not confirmed in the course of investigation, the Center said.
