Peskov disagrees with Russian, Western analysts who see Trump as 'Russia's man'

MOSCOW. Jan 20 (Interfax) - Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov has described the opinion of Western and Russian policy experts that U.S. President-elect Donald Trump is Russia's man as erroneous.

"He is not our man, he is America's man. He is the President of the United States of America," Peskov said in an interview with Sergei Brilev's Vesti v Subboty program, abstracts from which were aired on Friday.

"It must be the biggest mistake of Western analysts and some of our policy experts to believe that he is our man," he said.
