MOSCOW. Jan 20 (Interfax) - The Russian State Duma international affairs committee will consider the ratification of the Russian-Syrian agreement on enlarging the Russian naval logistics support facility in Tartus as soon as the Duma receives this document, committee head Leonid Slutsky said.
"We will immediately consider the document as soon as it reaches the parliament's lower chamber," Slutsky told Interfax on Friday.
