MOSCOW. Jan 20 (Interfax) - Russia will take all necessary measures to defend rights and interests of a Russian citizen Stanislav Lisov arrested in Spain, the Russian Foreign Ministry's envoy for human rights, democracy and supremacy of law Konstantin Dolgov said.
"We will take all necessary steps as this situation develops to adequately ensure all legal rights and interests of the Russian citizen," he said at Rossiya-24 TV channel.
