MOSCOW. Jan 23 (Interfax) - Russian Justice Minister Alexander Konovalov has expressed doubts about major progress on the issue of extradition to Russia of pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko and its other citizens convicted in the United States, with the arrival of the new administration.
"I don't think they will be changing their rules radically, so most likely this bureaucratic American machine will also be working very slowly, with screech," Konovalov told Interfax.
"Unless there is some gesture of good will with respect to our citizens who are convicted there. We will hope for that," he said.
