MINSK. Feb 1 (Interfax) - Kyiv has done everything to make Donbas residents being hostile towards them, Russian Envoy in the Contact Group on settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine Boris Gryzlov said.
"It happens that in combination with the economic blockade the official Kyiv has done everything for further surge of hostility towards them on the part of residents of separate Donbas districts," Gryzlov told journalists on Wednesday.
He highlighted that in the last few days, according to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, the movement of talks, which belong to the forces controlled by the Ukrainian government, has been recorded in the Avdiivka area.
"At the same time, it has happened in violation of the existing pullback lines; the same concerns the movement of other weapons, in particular, artillery - also on the Kyiv-controlled territory," the envoy said.
It demonstrates that the recent assaults on the contact line are "not an independent action by individual Ukrainian 'field commanders'," Gryzlov said.
