MOSCOW. Feb 9 (Interfax) - Russia's offer to the United Kingdom dealing with the coordination of military activities and the joint fight against in Syria is still on the table, Russian ambassador to the UK Alexander Yakovenko said in an interview with Interfax.
"The prospect of constructive interaction between our countries on the Syrian settlement remains," Yakovenko said.
"In late 2015, we offered to the British to begin coordinating the actions of our military in Syria and to fight terrorism on the territory of this country together. As I understand, these offers generally remain on the table," the high-ranking Russian diplomat said.
