MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - A small technical delegation of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) has arrived in Astana to participate in the intra-Syrian negotiations, the structure, which comprises representatives of the moderate armed opposition, said on its website on Wednesday.
"Small technical FSA delegation in Astana for talks on ceasefire paper FSA submitted at the close of previous talks," the FSA said in its blog on Twitter.
