Negotiations in Astana are difficult, but Tehran hopes that documents will be signed - head of Iranian delegation

MOSCOW. Feb 16 (Interfax) - Iran is hoping for prompt approval of the final documents in the meeting on Syria in Astana, but the negotiations are difficult, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Jaberi Ansari, the head of the Iranian delegation, said.

"We are hoping that the signing will take place," Ansari told reporters on the sidelines of the meeting.

"The negotiations are difficult, there are problems, I hope we will resolve them," he said.
