BONN. Feb 16 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and new U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson are holding their first meeting before the G20 ministerial meeting in Bonn, an Interfax correspondent reported on Thursday.
This is the first contact in person between Russian officials and members of the Donald Trump administration at such a high level.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said earlier the meeting would address issues on the bilateral agenda and international problems, in particular, global crises.
