ASTANA. Feb 16 (Interfax) - The task force monitoring the ceasefire in Syria involving the guarantor-countries, i.e. Iran, Russia, and Turkey, may also address aspects of a political settlement process, head of the Russian delegation to Astana Alexander Lavrentyev said.
"In particular, members of the joint task force may also be engaged in considering issues related to some aspects of a political settlement process," Lavrentyev said at a press conference following intra-Syrian talks in Astana on Thursday.
