ASTANA. Feb 16 (Interfax) - The main clause of the Astana-2 final document stipulates the dissociation of Syrian armed opposition representatives from terrorists, Syrian governmental delegation representative at the Astana talks Ahmad Kuzbari said.
"The main outcome of what we would like to fulfil became the need to separate the armed opposition and terrorists, who are designated as such by the United Nations, as well as the terrorist groups, which did not join the agreement," Kuzbari said during the Moscow-Astana-Damascus video hook-up from Astana on Thursday.
