BONN. Feb 16 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson reaffirmed their intention to move ahead on issues on which the two countries' interests coincide.
"It's clear that we couldn't resolve all problems [...] but we have a common understanding that, where our interests coincide - and there are quite a few such fields - we should move ahead and demonstrate the U.S.' and Russia's ability to perform the role that has been allotted to them due to their positions on the global arena," Lavrov said in commenting on his meeting with Tillerson in Bonn.
