ASTANA. Feb 16 (Interfax) - The Russian Federation is in talks with Turkey on the subject of toughening control over the smuggling of hazardous supplies to Syria, Russian delegation head Alexander Lavrentyev said.
"We are doing relevant work with the Turkish authorities so that they watch closely this illegal flow of militant weapons into Syria," he told a press conference in Astana on Thursday.
Russia is for the territorial integrity and indivisibility of Syria and "so its borders must be invariable," he said.
