Armed Syrian opposition to hold talks in Ankara to determine prisoner-release mechanism

ASTANA. Feb 16 (Interfax) - The Syrian armed opposition will hold talks in the Turkish capital to work out a mechanism for prisoner release, the head of the Syrian armed opposition delegation, Mohammed Allouche, said.

"We talked about prisoner-release mechanisms and agreed to hold talks in Ankara so as to determine a specific mechanism to purify prisons of inmates," Allouche told a press conference after the second round of talks on Syria in Astana.
