MOSCOW. Feb 16 (Interfax) - The Russian military recorded three violations of the regime of cessation of hostilities in Syria, the Turkish ones - six in the past 24 hours, the Russian Center for reconciliation of opposing parties in the republic said on Wednesday.
"The Russian part of the representative office of the Russian-Turkish joint committee dealing with the breaches of the Single Agreement recorded three violations in the Latakia governorate in the past 24 hours," the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement posted on its website.
The Turkish party recorded six truce breaches: four in the Daraa governorate and one in the governorates of Damascus and Aleppo each, the center said.
During the inquiry into these incidents the Russian part of the representative office confirmed one ceasefire violation, the other five were not confirmed, the press release said.
