MOSCOW. Feb 17 (Interfax) - Russia has achieved successes in the fight against terrorism in Syria, while the United States-led coalition has contributed nothing in this cause, Syrian People's Council international affairs committee's chairman Boutros Farah Marjani said.
"Russian aviation is certainly involved in the hostilities legally, and, of course, it has made a tangible contribution into the fight against terrorism," he said during the Moscow-Damascus-Astana TV link-up.
"We can say that the U.S.-led coalition, this opposition has yielded nothing to the cause of counteraction of terrorism in our country," he said.
