Court sentences 2 killers of policeman's family in Samara region to life in prison

SAMARA. Feb 22 (Interfax) - The Samara Regional Court pronounced a sentence in the case regarding the murder of Samara regional police department deputy chief Andrei Gosht on Wednesday.

Based on the guilty verdict earlier handed down by a jury, the court sentenced Makhmadali Akhmadov and Roman Fataliyev to life in a high-security penal colony, an Interfax correspondent reported from the courtroom.

The court also sentenced Orkhan Zokhrabov to 26 years and Islam Babayev to 25 years in prison.
