DONETSK. Feb 22 (Interfax) - Alexander Zakharchenko, the leader of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), thinks that the Ukrainian authorities will not withdraw their military hardware on Wednesday because of problems in Kyiv.
"The reason of no-pulling back of military hardware is related to problems that are occurring in Ukraine. The problems are taking place in Kyiv. I think that, as of today, Poroshenko will not do any pull back," Zakharchenko told journalists.
"The hope is the last to die," he said.
