KYIV. March 1 (Interfax) - Ukraine insists on the need to ensure security in Donbas as a key element of the Minsk agreements, Darka Olifer, a spokeswoman for Leonid Kuchma, Ukraine's second president and representative in the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG), said after the TCG meeting in Minsk on Wednesday.
"Security is the first and key component of the entire package of the Minsk agreements, and without having it solved it won't be possible to move on to solve all other issues," she wrote on her Facebook page on Wednesday.
