MOSCOW. March 7 (Interfax) - The agreement to withdraw forces in Stanytsia Luhanska in the Donbas conflict zone on March 7 has been disrupted through the fault of Kyiv, Russia's representative in the Contact Group on Ukraine, Boris Gryzlov, said.
"Unfortunately, the withdrawal failed to take place again, once again. There was no reason other than the position of the Ukrainian side," Gryzlov told journalists on Tuesday.
