ASTANA. March 14 (Interfax) - Russia plans to present its suggestions concerning a new draft constitution for Syria on the sidelines of the third round of the talks in Astana.
"We will put forward our proposals. They deal, among other issues, with the establishment of a constitutional commission," Russian delegation head Alexander Lavrentyev said when answering a question from Interfax.
