ASTANA. March 15 (Interfax) - Syrian armed opposition members may arrive in Astana in the early hours of Thursday, Kazakh Foreign Ministry spokesman Anuar Zhainakov told reporters on Wednesday.
"Representatives of the Southern and Northern Fronts of the Syrian armed opposition are expected to arrive overnight. They will hold consultations with experts from guarantor countries tomorrow; the consultations will address the ceasefire implementation," Zhainakov said.
"The opposition representatives have confirmed their arrival," he said.
