KYIV. March 15 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) gathered in Kyiv on Wednesday to discuss possible sanctions against Kyiv-based Sberbank PJSC, a subsidiary of Sberbank of Russia.
"The NSDC has begun a meeting on the Sberbank issue," a source told Interfax on Wednesday morning.
