DONETSK. March 15 (Interfax) - The complete shutdown of traffic with Donbas by Ukraine is a direct breach of the Minsk Agreements, the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR)'s negotiator Denis Pushilin said.
"This is not just a direct breach of the Minsk Agreements but also the legalization of the radical actions on the top governmental level. That is, these are not some chaotic moves by some fringe activists, but a state policy bordering on genocide of four million people living in these republics," Pushilin told Interfax.
