Armed Syrian opposition not coming to Astana, talks to end on March 15 - source

ASTANA. March 15 (Interfax) - Armed Syrian opposition representatives will not come to Astana, an informed Kazakh Foreign Ministry source told Interfax.

"They are not coming. It was previously expected that [Jaysh al-Islam leader] Mohammed Alloush would come, but he refused. So they decided not to come," the source said.

There will be no negotiations on March 16, and everything will be over on March 15, the source said.
