LUHANSK. March 15 (Interfax) - Ukraine has not made a single step toward implementing the peaceful plan for settling the conflict in Donbas, self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic's (LPR) chief negotiator at the Minsk talks Vladislav Deinego said.
"Ukraine is publicly demonstrating that it is not going to implement the Minsk Agreements it signed. Blocking the entire set of issues pertaining to the Minsk Agreements is Ukraine's trademark at the Minsk talks," Deinego said in a statement published on the Luhansk Information Center website.
