MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - Russia's Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) cannot confirm the beginning of S-400 air defense systems' delivery to China, service spokesperson Maria Vorobyova told Interfax on Tuesday.
"Russia and China are implementing the contract for the delivery of S-400 Triumf systems in strict compliance with the contractual terms and provisions. The delivery will be made in the period prescribed by the relevant documents," Vorobyova said.
