MOSCOW. March 30 (Interfax) - Moscow is expecting all parties to the intra-Syrian talks in Geneva to make progress on four points of the agenda proposed by the UN Secretary-General's Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
"Moscow hopes that the Syrian sides will demonstrate their readiness to search for compromises on the four points of the approved agenda in order to bring peace to the Syrian land," Zakharova told a press briefing on Thursday.
Tensions remain high in Syria, Zakharova said.
Zakharova added that the West had found an excuse for terrorist accomplices and presented their advancement as "a success of the Free Syrian Army in the fight against the regime."
"Such a propaganda game is simply unacceptable," she said.
