MOSCOW. April 3 (Interfax) - The French Embassy to Russia has expressed condolences to the families of the people killed in an explosion in the St. Petersburg metro, the embassy said on Twitter.
"We express our deep condolences to the relatives of those killed in the explosion in St. Petersburg, as well as to those injured," the embassy said.
