YEREVAN. April 6 (Interfax) - The unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) defense army is honoring a ceasefire in the conflict area, NKR Defense Ministry spokesperson Senor Hasratyan told Interfax on Thursday.
"The Azerbaijani side's information about truce breach is untrue. The Defense Army's vanguard units are observing the ceasefire," Hasratyan said.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry had said earlier that the Armenian Armed Forces units had shelled the village of Qapanli in the Terter district.
