Eight suspects detained in case of St. Petersburg metro blast - Investigative Committee

MOSCOW. April 6 (Interfax) - Eight suspects have been detained in the criminal case opened following the blast in the St. Petersburg subway, Russian Investigative Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko told Interfax on Thursday.

"Further to the investigatory actions and investigative operations completed jointly with the FSB of Russia and the Russian Interior Ministry today, on April 6, six people involved in the terror attack have been detained in St. Petersburg and two in Moscow," Petrenko said.
