U.S. strike on Syria undermines possibility of anti-terrorist cooperation with Russia, affects bilateral dialogue as whole - Duma

MOSCOW. April 7 (Interfax) - The U.S. strike on Syria is damaging the ceasefire implementation and is undermining the possibility of anti-terrorist cooperation with Russia; it will also have a negative effect on the Russian-U.S. dialogue, State Duma International Affairs Committee Chairman Leonid Slutsky said.

"This U.S. action will seriously undermine the possibility of anti-terrorist cooperation with Russia and will damage the effort to implement the ceasefire. No doubt it will have a negative effect on the Russian-U.S. dialogue as a whole," Slutsky told reporters on Friday.
