BAKU. April 12 (Interfax) - Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov finds it unacceptable to change state borders through the use of force, the Foreign Ministry press service says.
"The EU should apply a single approach to the issue of respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of states in the framework of their internationally recognized borders. It is unacceptable to change state borders by force. Everyone should observe this principle," he said at a meeting with Estonian Foreign Minister Sven Mikser in the framework of his visit to Poland.
Mamedyarov also said that Armenia should withdraw its troops from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the formation of conditions for regional cooperation.
