MOSCOW. April 12 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says his talks with U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in Moscow were substantive and frank, and the parties discussed key bilateral issues,
"The talks turned out substantive and frank, covering the entire spectrum of issues that are key to our bilateral relations and to our interaction on international affairs," Lavrov said at a press conference following Russian President Vladimir Putin's meeting with him and Tillerson on Wednesday.
