MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - Washington has evidence that the Syria government forces used chemical weapons ion Idlib, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said.
"I think the perspective from the United States supported by the facts that we have are conclusive, that the recent chemical attack in Syria was planned and it was directed and executed by the Syrian regime forces. And we are quite confident of that," Tilelrson told a press conference in Moscow on Wednesday night after negotiations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"This is just the latest in a series of use of chemical weapons by the Assad regime," Tillerson said, noting that there were more than 50 instances of using chemical weapons by Syrian government forces.
