MOSCOW. April 14 (Interfax) - Cooperation in the Afghanistan issue will be an item on the agenda of Moscow negotiations between the Russian and Iranian foreign ministers.
"We now have an opportunity to discuss bilateral relations in the context of the agreements reached by our presidents during President Hassan Rouhani's visit to Russia in late March and the recent phone call between our leaders," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Javad Zarif.
"Of course, we will also discuss cooperation at the United Nations and interaction in regard to Caspian issues and Afghan affairs," the minister said.
