Russian Foreign Ministry awaiting proof of efficiency of U.S. superbomb used in Afghanistan

MOSCOW. April 14 (Interfax) - Moscow would like to see the evidence that the superbomb dropped by the United States on ISIL (banned in Russia) positions in Afghanistan was efficient.

"I am no specialist in explosive devices, it is not my task to assess. Only military specialists can do that," Zamir Kabulov, the Russian president's special representative for Afghanistan and Director of the Second Asia Department at the Russian Foreign Ministry, told Interfax commenting on the U.S. strike against ISIL positions in Afghanistan.

"We would like to see the proof," he said.

Asked whether he shares the view of former Afghan president Hamid Karzai that the U.S. uses Afghanistan as a testing ground, Kabulov said: "Apparently so."
