MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) employees have seized a gun and communications devices from Abror Azimov, a man suspected of plotting a terror attack in the St. Petersburg metro.
A video footage of Azimov's detention circulated by the FSB public relations center shows several employees detaining the suspect not far from a railroad. A combat pistol loaded with several cartridges, a mobile phone, a box for a mobile phone and a charger were seized from the young man.
Asked by an FSB employee whether he knew why he was detained, Azimov replied: "Yes."
