MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - The man who attacked the reception office of the Russian Federal Security Service's (FSB) branch in Khabarovsk is a resident of the Khabarovsk territory, and some information indicates that he is a member of a neo-Nazi group, the FSB press center told Interfax on Friday.
"The identity of the person who committed this crime in Khabarovsk has been established. This is A.V. Konev, who was born in the Khabarovsk territory in 1999 and lived there. There is information about his membership of a neo-Nazi group," it said.
The investigation continues, it said.
