Man who attacked FSB reception office in Khabarovsk didn't have bomb

MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - The man who opened fire at the reception office of the Russian Federal Security Service's (FSB) branch in Khabarovsk did not have a bomb, the FSB press center told Interfax on Friday.

"Explosives experts have not found any explosive device in the personal belongings of A. Konev, who opened fire at the reception office of the FSB department for the Khabarovsk territory," it said.
