MOSCOW. April 26 (Interfax) - Relations between Russia and the North Atlantic Alliance have reached the lowest point in the post-Cold War period, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov said on Wednesday.
"First of all, we are witnessing deterioration of Russia-NATO relations. They have reached the lowest point since the end of the Cold War," Gerasimov said at the 6th Moscow Conference on International Security on Wednesday.
