ASTANA. May 3 (Interfax) - UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura says there has been considerable progress in negotiations with the Syrian opposition, an Interfax corresponded reported on Wednesday.
Asked whether Syrian opposition members could join the fourth round of the Astana negotiations on Thursday, de Mistura said that there has been significant progress and that, in his opinion, the parties should meet at the hotel at 9:00 p.m.
