ASTANA. May 4 (Interfax) - Two members of the Syrian armed opposition's delegation have demonstratively left the plenary meeting of the fourth Astana round, an Interfax correspondent reported.
"We do not accept Iran's involvement as a guarantor country," a member of the Syrian opposition delegation shouted while Kazakh Foreign Minister Kairat Abdrakhmanov was delivering his speech at the plenary meeting.
Head of the armed opposition's delegation Mohammad Alloush did not appear at the plenary meeting.
Meanwhile, the guarantor countries, i.e. Russia, Turkey, and Iran signed a memorandum on the creation of de-escalation zones in Syria at the plenary meeting.
