ASTANA. May 4 (Interfax) - The Syria ceasefire guarantor countries, Russia, Iran and Turkey, which have signed a memorandum on setting up de-escalation zones in Syria, have two weeks to put together a joint working group to delimitate these zones, the memorandum signed in Astana says.
In two weeks after signing the memorandum, the guarantor countries are supposed to form a working group for de-escalation comprising their authorized representatives to delimitate the boundaries of the de-escalation zones and safety zones and to deal with other operational and technical aspects related to the memorandum's implementation, the document says.
