KHABAROVSK. May 10 (Interfax) - New Sukhoi Su-35S fighter aircraft from the Eastern Military District's aviation regiment based in the Khabarovsk Territory flew tactical assignments in the Arctic zone, the District's spokesperson said.
The fighter aircraft had flown earlier from one of District airfields in the Far North.
"During training practice flights, Su-35S pilots performed elements of complex aerobatics and flight on a set route," the spokesperson said on Friday.
In addition, the combat aircraft performed aerobatics at lowest and maximum authorized altitudes.
These were planned flights carried out in accordance with the international legal rules, the spokesperson said.
